Returns and Refunds Policy

At scentiaflamear, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our visual storytelling products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with this policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In the original packaging with all included materials
  • Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Digital Products Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and intellectual property rights, digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. However, we understand that technical issues may occur. If you experience technical problems with a digital product that prevent you from using it as intended, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve any technical issues. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or replacement.

Note: Refunds for digital products may be subject to verification of the technical issue and may be limited to one refund per customer per product.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from receipt of the returned item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times.

Refund Methods:

  • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card
  • PayPal purchases will be refunded to the original PayPal account
  • Other payment methods will be refunded using the same method used for the original purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.)
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • You are returning an item under our 30-day money-back guarantee for digital products

In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed (except as noted above)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the most current version of the product and allows us to process your request more efficiently.
